Returns + Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges* unless the item you purchased is defective upon receiving them.
*All ring purchases are eligible for an exchange. Due to the way polymer clay rings are formed to size, sizing may slightly vary to your ring size.
All products have accurate descriptions on dimensions and materials. Please read descriptions and/or review all photos before purchasing
All items are inspected prior to shipment, so any present damage most-likely has occurred during shipping. If you receive a damaged/defective item or are having troubles with your order, please email email@example.com or fill out the contact form here with details of the product and the issue. May an obscure issue arise, we will make it right.
Please include photos and the order number, so we can effectively address your concern. Customers are responsible for examining the received product and notifying us immediately if there are damages present due to shipping/handling.
We are not responsible for replacing/refunding items that are lost after they have arrived safely to our customers.
Refunds are not accepted, but will be handled accordingly may a certain issue arise.
In special circumstances, items will need to be returned before issuing the refund.
If items are lost in transit, we are not responsible for replacing them. Once packages leave our hands and are dropped off at the Post Office, we are not responsible for what happens to them. We recommend upgrading shipping and adding insurance whenever possible to ensure that packages arrive or are covered in the unfortunate event of a shipping issue.
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the item description. Customers are held responsible for reading the descriptions of each item. Exceptions will not be made. The 3-5 business day turnaround time does not include shipping time, which may vary based on circumstance, political climate, postal worker availability, etc

That Clay Girl Co. is not liable for improper use of items purchased. Once an item has left our hands, we are no longer responsible for the care or use of said items. Any items used in a way not in compliance with intended use of said items are the sole liability of the user. Not for use around babies. Small parts may pose a choking hazard.
